commercial embroidery machine

Commercial Embroidery Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for US buyers who need a commercial embroidery machine with a named hoop or cap frame, needle count and a sample design that can be reproduced. Share usable field, quantity and destination so we can request comparable factory wholesale quotes. This site does not sell from stock and does not claim original-equipment identity. Maximum pantograph travel is not the stitchable field until the actual frame is written into the RFQ.

Documents before quotation

  • Drawing or process description

Send the design file or a dimensioned sketch plus the garment, panel or cap construction. Note hoop type, intended backing, needle and thread so suppliers quote the same stitchable envelope rather than a brochure field.

  • Operating conditions

State three-phase supply in volts and hertz, connected load in kW, footprint, compressed air if the head uses it, and whether the duty is flat goods, finished garments or structured caps with a named cap driver.

Missing hoop, cap-frame or sample-design data keeps quotations non-comparable. Mark unknowns instead of inventing rpm or pieces per hour. Public stitch-length tables, including 0.1–12.7 mm ranges on open manufacturer sheets, remain parameter references, not this site’s supply promise.

Product changeover questions

A commercial embroidery machine RFQ is useful when the buyer states how jobs will change after the first accepted sample. Hoop family, cap curvature and color-change count drive tooling more than a headline needle count. We collect those changeover facts so manufacturers quote the same envelope.

What changes between products?

Record whether the mix is left-chest logos, jacket backs or structured caps. Each mix changes hoop size, tension and the remaining field after frame interference. A flat-hoop demonstration does not prove cap duty.

What must be cleaned or replaced?

Ask which needles, bobbins, backing, cap frames and hoop arms are included versus consumable, and whether network software licenses are required when files move between heads. Those items often sit outside a base-machine line.

How is the first good output verified?

Run the accepted design with the agreed backing, needle and thread, then inspect registration, trims, the reverse side and distortion. Keep the file name and setup record so FAT language can repeat the same trial.

Included and separately quoted embroidery scope

Base machine

  • Heads, needle count, stated stitch length range and the control that stores the sample design, quoted as a machine boundary until the supplier names serial options.
  • Standard tooling limited to hoops listed on the offer; cap drivers, wide frames and extra arms are not assumed.

Buyer questions before a comparable RFQ

Which procurement scope is covered by commercial embroidery machine?
  • Drawing or process description

Dedicated embroidery heads for commercial stitch work, including computerized control of the sample design. Synonyms such as industrial or automatic embroidery stay in this family; they do not create a second catalog.

  • Operating conditions

US plant power, destination freight terms, quantity of machines and whether FAT witness is required. Throughput claims need the design’s color changes, trims and handling time, not only a maximum rpm figure.

If hoop type, cap construction or design file revision is missing, factories will guess the work envelope. Guessed fields are not a basis for comparing wholesale quotes.

What field remains available inside the actual hoop or cap frame?

Ask the supplier to show clearance and usable stitching area for the proposed hoop or cap frame, not only pantograph travel. Open manufacturer notes already separate movement from frame-restricted area; that distinction is a check item, not a claim that any listed model is offered here.
