RFQ Checklist
Before specifying an industrial embroidery machine, resolve the sample design’s trim and color-change count, the usable field inside the actual hoop or cap frame, and whether cap attachments and network software are included. This page is a decision dossier, not an environmental statement. Commercial Embroidery Machine Sourcing uses the checklist to keep factory quotes comparable. It does not certify plants or guarantee stitch output.
Decision dossier
Record usable stitch field in mm inside the proposed hoop or cap frame, needle count, stitch length range, requested speed in rpm with material conditions, three-phase supply (V, Hz), connected load (kW), footprint, quantity and destination. Attach the design file revision. Count color changes and trims on that file; those counts drive cycle time more than a brochure speed. Feedstock is the garment or cap body plus backing. Tooling is the hoop family and cap driver. Work envelope is the remaining field after frame interference, not pantograph travel.
Tick whether cap attachments, extra hoops, network software seats, spare parts, training, installation, freight, duties and commissioning are inside or outside the industrial embroidery machine price. A missing tick is an exclusion. Compressed air drops, PLC interface names and SAT travel are also site-cost items. No percentage advantage is stated on this page. Optional budget notes (currency, per-unit or whole-order) help search; they are not a factory rating.
A supplier response is usable when it restates the remaining field, the demonstration backing/needle/thread, trim and color-change counts, included software, and the FAT sample. Public manufacturer tables that list stitch length 0.1–12.7 mm or that warn speed varies with stitch length and materials may be cited as questions. They are not this site’s specification. Throughput in units per hour must include handling. Positioning tolerance is judged on the sewn sample. Duty cycle is the planned shift pattern, not an implied 24-hour unmanned cell.
Remaining inputs: actual cap SKU if cap duty is in scope, design-transfer method, spare-parts list, and whether FAT is witnessed. Mark unknowns. Do not invent connected load or flow-rate style utilities that the head does not use.
Selection trade-off: single industrial embroidery machine versus a networked group. Interfaces, staffing and acceptance boundaries differ; neither layout is declared universally better here. A second trade-off is nominal speed versus validated output on the buyer’s design. Both disputes are recorded so procurement and process engineering can choose evidence, not slogans. Cooling water rarely applies; if a factory still lists it, ask why. Working pressure in bar or psi applies only if a pneumatic option is quoted. Supply frequency in Hz must match the US plant.
Reference observation dated 2026-09-17 on an open Barudan product page is used only as a unit and attribute checklist (embroidery field mm, stitch length mm, needles, speed rpm, power supply V). That observation is not a US-localized ranking claim and is not an offer from this service.
