Independent procurement coordination
Commercial Embroidery Machine Sourcing coordinates factory quotes for commercial embroidery equipment. The service does not manufacture heads, hold inventory or present itself as an original-equipment seller. Certificates, capacity statements and warranty wording belong to the named supplier on each reply. Buyers keep decision ownership for specification, budget preference and contract acceptance.
We collect hoop-field, sample-design and delivery facts, restate them into a consistent RFQ, and return comparable factory wholesale quotes. We do not approve plants, issue CE or UL marks, or guarantee stitch quality on the buyer’s garments.
| Decision point | Evidence or question |
|---|---|
| Coordinator responsibilities: Equipment scope | Restate usable field inside the actual hoop or cap frame, needle count, stitch length, three-phase supply, connected load, footprint, quantity and destination so factories quote one envelope. Open manufacturer pages that separate pantograph movement from frame-restricted area are used as checklists, not as affiliation. |
| Price exclusions | Flag cap attachments, network software, extra hoops, spare parts, training, freight, installation and commissioning when they are absent from a reply. Those gaps are comparison items, not hidden discounts. |
| Response basis | A coordinator outcome is a packet of comparable quotations plus open questions. FAT and SAT language stays on the buyer–supplier contract. No numerical saving is published without matching scope. |
Remaining buyer inputs include the sample design’s color-change and trim count, backing/needle/thread combination, and whether structured-cap duty is in scope. Optional budget (currency, per-unit or whole-order) and supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly, or not sure) are buyer selections, not verified factory ratings.
Process engineers and maintenance engineers may add PLC interface names, compressed air demand and spare-parts lists after the first quote round. Those additions change site work more than they change the independent role of this service. Throughput in units per hour is not inferred from maximum rpm. Cycle time must include hooping and unload. Changeover between flat hoops and cap frames is a documented duty, not an assumed free option.
When a factory cites a stitch-length window such as 0.1–12.7 mm or notes that speed varies with materials, we treat that text as a supplier document to be reconfirmed against the buyer’s design. We do not copy those figures into a site-owned specification sheet. Work envelope, tooling and feedstock (fabric or cap body) remain buyer-supplied facts. Positioning tolerance on a cap crown is confirmed on the actual cap frame, not on a flat hoop.
